ABOUT ME
I bring a rare combination of operational leadership and hands-on production experience across international television.
Based in Los Angeles, I currently serve as Operations Manager for a U.S. television office, overseeing payroll, accounting workflows, and compliance guidance—helping leadership teams make informed, regulation-aligned decisions while supporting active U.S. development and production slates.
Alongside my operational work, I’ve built a long-running career in documentary, lifestyle, reality, and factual entertainment, with credits spanning Field Producer, Production Manager, and Unit Manager roles. My work includes complex build shows, large-scale factual series, and internationally coordinated productions, giving me a deep understanding of how creative ambition intersects with budget, logistics, and delivery.
I began my career in the sound department in network television in Sydney, before moving into freelance production and working internationally. Over the years, I’ve lived and worked in Sydney, London, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and have worked on location across Australia, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America.
My background spans Network Television and Pay TV, including early work with major broadcasters in Australia and the UK. Driven by a constant desire to expand my skill set, I’ve also produced commercials for global music clients and field-produced for international networks across documentary and factual genres.
Extensive international travel as a crew member has given me a practical, on-the-ground understanding of crew management, travel logistics, equipment coordination, and cross-border production challenges—experience I now draw on when supporting productions from both an operational and creative standpoint.
Now settled in Los Angeles with my partner and children, I provide production and operational services to producers, networks, and development teams—bringing structure, clarity, and problem-solving to complex productions while maintaining a strong respect for the creative process.
